Q. How old do I have to be to register?
A. All drivers must be 18 or older.

Q. Will the event be closed due to weather?
A. The event goes rain or shine. Only the track can cancel the event.

Q. When does the track open?
A. Registration available starting at 6:00pm the night before the event starts.  Registration opens at 6:30am each day of the event.

Q. Do you allow passengers?
A. Passengers must be 18 or older.They must comply with all track/organizational rules.The passenger restraint
system must be the same as the drivers.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Refunds in full,less any credit card or Pay pal fees, 45 days or more before the event. Refund of 50%, less fees, 45 to 30 days before the event.

No refunds 30 days or less before the event.

Q. How much track time do I get?
A. Each group, each day is scheduled for (5) 25 minute sessions. On track incidents can shorten sessions. We run on the clock!

Q. When do I get my final grouping?
A. The website at Motorsportreg.com will be updated at least weekly. Your group will be indicated there.

Q. Will food be available?
A. Yes, concession stand is open at the track.

Q. Is gas available at the track?
A. Yes gas is available at the track.  Each track varies what octane is available.  Keep in mind gas is very expensive at the track.  There is a gas station five minutes away.

Q. Do passengers need a helmet?
A. Yes! A helmet Snell rated SA/M 2005 or better is required.

Q. Can any vehicle be driven on track?
A. All makes and models of passenger cars are welcome including convertibles with a roll bar [see rules governing roll bars]. Trucks and SUV’s are not allowed. If you have a true race car, particularly an open wheeled car, contact one of the event organizers. An email with pictures before any call will expedite the process.
